Coalesced Residue
Rough silt catches against a thumb, grinding softly over the oxidized-teal glaze of the vessel. These embedded motes no longer sit atop the clay but have seeped inward, forming a thick, translucent volume that bends the incoming light into strange, undulating shapes. What was once a smooth intention is now buried under this slow accumulation, leaving only a quiet stillness where the maker's hand and the passage of years finally rest as one.
