Shifting Proximities
Individual gestures gain clarity when viewed apart from constant connection; however, this isn't a process of pure separation but rather a shift in how we receive influence. Every action incurs an unavoidable cost—the exclusion of unexperienced potentials—and simultaneously highlights previously unnoticed resonances within experience. Distance doesn’t erase memory, instead it transforms it into a field of attuned responsiveness, prioritizing subtle echoes over precise recollection. As such, selecting which connections to nurture defines our ethical orientation and fundamentally alters the scope of what becomes perceptible.
