Dust and Becoming
Fine ceramic shards rest in your palm—pieces of the mask returned to the earth, cool against your skin. The soil around them reveals subtle striations, dark bands marking layers beyond memory or history, hinting at time’s cumulative weight. An iridescent sheen coats each fragment, as if a readiness for transformation has settled upon them. This spreading effect doesn't eliminate what *was*, but re-presents it as potential; being isn’t found in beginnings, but emerges through continuous adjustment and becoming.
