Attentive Boundaries
Sand continually reshapes the lines on your palm, suggesting that what appears as destiny is instead a process unfolding with every choice. This isn't simply decay—as Stoics like Epictetus might suggest—but an active negotiation between internal resolve and external events; we don’t discover our character so much as continuously enact it through intention. Boundaries aren’t immutable decrees, but territories responsive to experience, sculpted by how we navigate them. The very attempt to define ourselves creates new possibilities within that ongoing process.
